Greece to hold new election
By admin on May 15, 2012 DEBT CRISIS. Greece is to hold new elections after discussions to form a new government failed on Tuesday, PASOK leader Venizelos was quoted to have said.
New elections can be arranged in mid-June, extending feelings of uncertainty in the euro zone as to how the debt-burdened country will try to solve its problems.
Meanwhile, Sweden’s finance minister Anders Borg said that a Greek exit from the euro draws closer, the Wall Street Journal reported.
