Cell phone carrier AT&T came under so much criticism for its idea to put limits on its “unlimited data” subscriber plan that the company now has backed away from the new policy, AP reports.
The company said Thursday that it will slow down service for “unlimited data” subscribers after they reach 3 gigabytes of usage within a billing cycle. Thousands of subscribers complained about the policy online, AP writes.
